Bookings & Cancellation Policy
Autoclean operates all year round between 9:20am - 3.00pm weekdays (Monday - Friday).
Closed normal Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and Bank Holiday Weekends (Friday - Monday).

Please leave a message with your contact number and we will return your call or text as soon as possible within working hours.
Payment can be accepted in cash or we have a card reader.
Businesses and repeat customers are offered Invoice / Receipt upon completion of the job. Payment is expected within 48 hours of completion please.
PLEASE NOTE WE REQUIRE YOUR FULL ADDRESS AT THE TIME OF BOOKING OTHERWISE WE WILL NOT CONFIRM OR RESERVE YOUR APPOINTMENT.
If YOU need to request a change of booking time or day that is ok, we will do our best to reallocate at a mutually conveinient slot.
Please give us at least 48 hours cancellation notice to avoid being charged a 'no show' fee.
We reserve the right to decide if it is acceptional circumstances and waiver the fee.
When making a booking you are agreeing to follow the cancellations proceedure policy even if you were not previously aware of the terms and conditions.
I appreciate that sometimes you may need to rearrange your booking and providing this is done asap with more than 48 hours notice there will be no charge.
However failure to cancel your appointment within 48 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of your booking and with 24 hours or no notice, (except in extream circumstances), will result in the full fee being payable with no further appointments being available until the account is settled
Due to experiencing some recent no response contacts to prevent me wasting my time and I have now had to put a cancellation policy into place which I know a lot of independent businesses adhere to.
I am often busier in the summer than during the winter some coud say I am seasonal so even though I do my best to fit you in within the same week as you contact me during sometimes there is certainly a potentially longer waiting list unfortunately, So having uncourteous people either not cancel or give me an address for their appointment is not fair on myself being a self-employed person nor is it fair on others who are waiting for appointments.
Asking for deposits prior to appointments for any customer new or repeat is not something I want to have to do but may have to if these missed appointments keep re-occurring.
We reserve the right to decide what is classed as eunavoidable circumstances. Should we have to cancel we will offer an alternative booking which we will make asap at the time of cancellation. Please make sure we have your contact details including your telephone numbers, email and address thank you.
Should the weather be unsuitable for cleaning your vehicle we will endevour to offer you another booking at a later date.
We usually do turn up despite the weather forcast and ask you if you still want your car cleaned. If the booking is later in the day you are welcome to call us and discuss the options.
Although we try to work in all weathers and conditions we do not have a workshop or shelter so wherever you are parked suitably is where we clean your car. Please think about this as we do consider appropriate weather and health and safety so extreme heat, cold, wet or icy weather we will rebook.
